King James Bible with Strongs Dictionary

An AJAX implimentation of the KJV Bible with Strongs integration. The Reference lookup is brittle, I'll have to work on the parsing. But there it is, for what its worth. Go here for the Bible. Thanks Again to Jens Grabner and the Zefania XML Bible Markup Language Project for supplying the rough XML I used as a base for the web app.

Bible in XML

When I coded the two above projects, the large xml files provided by the Zefania XML Bible Markup Language Project were unsuitable for web use. Jens Brabner's Strongs in UTF-8 xml I broke into sections of 100's. The kjv with strongs numbers I found to be in a format difficult to use, so I transformed it. Many thanks to any involved in the creation of either document, without them my projects would be impossible. I thought it might be useful to people to have the split up files, in the event you want to use them on the web also. I broke the bible up by book, then by chapter. Here are the files:

• Strongs Greek Dictionary split up into groups of 100, originally created by Jens Grabner.
• Strongs Hebrew Dictionary split up into groups of 100, originally created by Jens Grabner.
• Bible References for each Strongs Greek and Hebrew Number, parsed by myself using the KJV Bible with Strongs Numbers provided by the Zephania XML Bible Markup Language Project.
• King James Bible in XML, split up into files by book.
• King James Bible in XML, split up into files by chapter.

Javascript Bible Reference Parsing Object

As a part of the KJV Bible project above, I've coded a rather brittle bible reference object. I have asked for help coding the object, and have had some interest, but no responses yet.
