Dr. Guimon always carried a great big huge cup of water around with him. It was one of his trademarks. Back before he went to Uganda, Dr. Pepper was his drink of choice. This picture epitomizes a lot of what Dr. G was about. The huge cup and his posture is so indicative of his quirky and dynamic personality, and the Bible, sitting on top of a huge, worn cup from some gas station, because everywhere he went, he took the gospel with him. I’ve met few people in my life with as much vision and passion.
