Timed exposure. Started taking the photo while the car was still in the frame, and the car drove out as the photo was being exposed. Since the car wasn’t bright enough to show up, only the headlights are visible.

that’s so totally awesome! Thanks for the explanation =) but if it’s thinking cold thoughts, y’all can have some of our cooler weather if you wish; it’s been downright cold in the mornings =)
