Over the past few weeks, a debate has bee going on concerning the Catholic leanings of my Roommate Jon, the main issue being that of sola scriptura. Continuing the debate from this post Jon said: I am no longer so certain that oral tradition can be so easily changed. I suppose it can be changed, but I do not believe that the Church Fathers would have allowed such changes to take place.
